About Us
KASCO Structures, relocated in 2024 to a new 60,000 square foot facility on 23 acres in Clint, Texas. During this intensive transition, we purposely limited or intake of massive projects to guarantee that our existing clients received uncompromised quality without operation delays. Today this transition is fully complete. We emerged from this period not just relocated but reinvigorated. The new steel fabrication plant increased its production capacity significantly with new, state of the art robotic equipment along with the quality workmanship of our steel workers. Despite electrical supply chain delays that temporarily impacted full production capacity, KASCO maintained its commitment to quality and operational excellence, successfully achieving American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) recertification at its new facility in April 2025 and again in April 2026.
KASCO’s manufacturing operations specialize in close tolerance, high quality steel fabrication which allows us to fully service specific industries with complete steel fabrication services. Our ability to provide structural integrity of our connection designs which meet or exceeds all requirements is the result of KASCO having the personnel, knowledge, organization, equipment experience, capability, procedures to produce quality work.

KASCO Structures, LLC, formed in 2014, integrates years of experience from our legacy companies as reflected in our structural steel, roofing & manufacturing operations.
Originating with sheet metal fabrication and commercial roofing in 1913 as Southwestern Sheet Metal Works, Inc. and Southwestern Roofing, Inc., and continuing with our acquisition in 1978 of El Paso Machine and Steel, Inc. the leading manufacturer of structural steel in the region since 1920, we have continued to innovate and grow over the years.
Our manufacturing operations specialize in close tolerance, high quality steel fabrication. KASCO Structions provides structural integrity which meet or exceeds all requirements.
In addition to our commercial roofing installations, KASCO manufactures roof metal panels under our Metallo Roof System brand. The roof panels are produced in our El Paso plant and can also be formed on the job site.
